Will my order be shipped during the Canada Post strike?
**INFO REGARDING CANADA POST STRIKE**
All of our orders will be shipped during the Canada Post strike, using alternative couriers. Due to high volumes of packages from these carriers, delayed orders are expected during this holiday season.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship orders within Canada AND now to the US.
How much is shipping?
We offer the following services:
FREE Local Pickup (in Thunder Bay, ON).
Local Delivery - $10 for Standard Delivery (Free for orders over $130)
Can I track my purchase?
After you have completed your purchase, we work hard to ship your order within 1-2 business days or longer during holiday seasons. Once your shipment has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping company.
What if I do not like my item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have ordered the wrong item please don't hesitate to contact us for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receiving your product. Simply send us an email with your Name, Order #, Item(s) purchased, and reason for your return to sales@everythingmobile.ca and we will start your refund process right away.
All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories within 30 days of their purchase date. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
If you have not received your package, or the tracking number provided to you does not appear to be active, please send us an email to sales@everythingmobile.ca and we can start a claim with the shipping carrier.
In the rare event that a package is lost, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order for you. If an order is lost or returned to sender due to the wrong shipping address provided, we will not take responsibility for reshipping the order and in this case a replacement order can be shipped out at the buyers expense.
What if I have an issue with my item?
Electronic items are known to have rare defects from time to time, if you are experiencing any issues with your item we will take care of the issue to ensure a happy and fair transaction. Simply send us an email with your Name, Order #, Item(s) purchased, and a quick description of your issue to sales@everythingmobile.ca and we will start your return process right away.
